- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Disgraceful outfit! Recently took my Audi to them with engine management issues. They exchanged 4 perfectly good OE NGK spark plugs with, unbelievably, 4 USED non-OE plugs of 2 differing kinds i.e. 2 standard and 2 iridium. They diagnosed engine misfire detected in 3 cylinders and then removed the fault code WITHOUT solving the underlying issues! I have 2 independent witnesses to the above. The invoice came to an incredible £126!! My car was in a worse state AFTER than BEFORE it went in. They had my car for SIX AND A HALF HOURS to try and justify the invoice. I am reporting them to Trading Standards. The Office Of Fair Trading and will further pursue the matter through the small claims court. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ALLOW THIS UNSCRUPULOUS GARAGE TO TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU VALUE IT.By Admin, May 22, 2018
